How to Keep Your New Favourite Shirt in Shape
- Wash cold. Your tee trains hard enough without doing hot-water conditioning.
- Turn it inside out to protect the print.
- Use a mild detergent. Harsh chemicals are not part of the programme.
- Wash separately the first time, as garment-dyed cotton may release a little colour.
- Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
- Wash with similar colours.
Drying Instructions
- Air-drying is best for reducing shrinkage and keeping the fabric soft.
- Using a dryer? Choose a low-heat or delicate setting.
- Remove the shirt promptly once dry to help prevent wrinkles.
- Avoid high heat. It is bad for the fit, the fabric and the graphic.
Ironing
- Do not iron directly over the printed design.
- Turn the shirt inside out or place a pressing cloth over the print.
- Use a low-heat setting.

True to size with a relaxed cut. If you prefer a closer fit, consider sizing down. There's a useful size chart above.
Will it shrink?
Minimal shrinkage if washed cold and dried low. Like most cotton, high heat will tighten it up.
